Over time, we want to share stories we have heard from customers. We understand that each individual is unique and can respond differently, so each person’s story will be different. There have been mispackaged orders (our fault!), the postal service isn’t always gentle, and sometimes the heat is tough on tallow when it is shipped. SD is very weird, in that it can simultaneously be greasy and flaky, so it can be challenging to find a product that deals with both issues.
